Objective achieve some measure of economies of scale in small towns and rural communities through the application of a team effort across multiple communities that share in the marketing and sales effort as well as revenue generation and sharing.
Commercial Strategies Revenue Based Funding and Sharing
Arezza owns and Tema manages an Opportunity Zones Fund (the Fund) comprised of Enterprise Zone Businesses in towns throughout the United States, including on main streets and in historic districts. The purpose of the Fund is to:
- own and operate Virtual Hotel Properties and travel related services, including museums, food, reception, and entertainment venues to the benefit of paying visitors to the Zone(s);
- implement energy efficiency and water conservation measures;
- invest in local businesses that provide local and regional transit services.
The Fund acquires shares and/or part ownership in an Enterprise Zone Business in return for services rendered on a transaction basis; i.e. generating sales and related services.
